61 Технологии ПРОЕКТЫ УСТОЙЧИВОГО РАЗВИТИЯ: РОЛЬ МОЛОДЫХ ПРЕДСТАВИТЕЛЕЙ КОРЕННЫХ НАРОДОВ В РАЗВИТИИ ИННОВАЦИЙ АННОТАЦИЯ В статье автором рассматриваются акту- альные вопросы вовлечения молодежи из числа коренных малочисленных народов Севера, проживающих в Югре, в процес- сы научно-технологического развития региона и Арктики через деятельность инновационного научно-технологическо- го центра «ЮНИТИ ПАРК». Цели статьи — выявить и обосновать роль и потенциал молодых представителей коренных народов Югры в реализации проектов устойчивого развития, а также определить эффективные механизмы их включения в инновационную, предпринимательскую и исследовательскую деятельность в усло- виях цифровой трансформации общества. Актуальность работы обусловлена необ- ходимостью сохранения этнокультурной идентичности и традиций коренных наро- дов Югры одновременно с их активным вовлечением в развитие современных технологий, науки и предприниматель- ства. Создание молодежного ИНТЦ и стра- тегическое партнерство с Институтом ABSTRACT In the article, the author considers topical issues of involving young people from among the indigenous peoples of the North living in Yugra in the processes of scientific and technological development of the region and the Arctic through the activities of the innovative scientific and technological center «UNITY PARK». The purpose of the article is to identify and substantiate the role and potential of young representatives of the indigenous peoples of Yugra in the implementation of sustainable development projects, as well as to determine effective mechanisms for their inclusion in innovative, entre- preneurial and research activities in the context of the digital transformation of society. The relevance of the work is due to the need to preserve the ethnocultural identity and traditions of the indigenous peoples of Yugra simultaneously with their active involvement in the develop- ment of modern technologies, science and entrepreneurship.
