17 Государственная политика в Арктике МОДЕЛЬ РАССЕЛЕНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ АРКТИКИ: ОБЗОР КАНДИДАТСКОЙ ДИССЕРТАЦИИ АННОТАЦИЯ В статье приведен краткий обзор дис- сертационного исследования [1], посвя- щенного проблеме пространственной организации арктических и северных территорий России. Цель работы заклю- чалась в разработке принципов и поло- жений концепции системы расселения северных и арктических территорий на примере территории Северного широт- ного транспортного коридора (СШТК). Объектом исследования стала система расселения северных и арктических территорий, в том числе в зоне СШТК. Предмет исследования — особенности организации системы расселения север- ных и арктических территорий. Методы исследования — комплексный террито- риальный и системный анализ, классифи- кация, типология и экспериментальное проектирование, систематизация и структурный анализ данных, накоплен- ных международным сообществом в ре- зультате освоения северных арктических территорий. Теоретическая и практиче- ская значимость — развитие градострои- тельства в области освоения северных и арктических территорий. Область при- ABSTRACT The article provides a brief overview of the dissertation research [1] devoted to the problem of spatial organization of the Arc- tic and northern territories of Russia. The purpose of the work was to develop the principles and provisions of the concept of the settlement system of the northern and Arctic territories on the example of the territory of the Northern Latitudinal Transport Corridor (NSTC). The object of the study was the settlement system of the northern and Arctic territories, includ- ing in the zone of the NSTC. The subject of the study is the peculiarities of the or- ganization of the settlement system of the northern and Arctic territories. Research methods include comprehensive territorial and system analysis, classification, typol- ogy and experimental design, systema- tization and structural analysis of data accumulated by international experience in the development of the northern Arctic territories. The theoretical and practical significance is the development of urban planning in the field of development of the northern and Arctic territories.
