БЛИЖАЙШИЕ ПЛАНЫ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ АННОТАЦИЯ Правительство Российской Федерации уделяет вопросам развития Севера се- рьезное внимание: принят ряд концепту- альных документов, проделана большая работа по созданию законодательного фундамента для устойчивого развития Арктики. В российских высших полити- ческих кругах существует отчетливое понимание того, что будущее страны не- разрывно связано с судьбой арктических регионов. Значение Севера в ближайшие десятилетия будет только возрастать, поскольку здесь находятся основная база энергоресурсов государства и националь- ная транспортная магистраль России — Северный морской путь, единственная океанская коммуникация, которая на всем своем протяжении проходит по террито- риальным водам Российской Федерации. В этой связи значительно возрастает роль морских портов, расположенных вдоль арктического побережья. Морской порт Архангельск не является исключением. В статье рассмотрены открывающиеся для Архангельской области возможности в сфере морской логистики. Показано, что их осуществлению будут способствовать план развития Северного морского пути и комплексный план по развитию Архан- гельского транспортного узла. Пестова В. О. Pestova V. O. IMMEDIATE PLANS AND PROSPECTS ЭКОНОМИКА, РЕСУРСЫ, ФИНАНСЫ ABSTRACT The Government of the Russian Federa- tion pays serious attention to the develop- ment of the North — a number of concep- tual documents have been adopted, and a lot of work has been done to create a legislative foundation for the sustainable development of the Arctic. There is a clear understanding in Russian senior political circles that the future of the country is inextricably linked with the fate of the Arctic regions. The importance of the North will only increase in the coming dec- ades, since here is the main base of the state’s energy resources and the national transport route of Russia — the Northern Sea Route, the only ocean communication that passes through the territorial waters of the Russian Federation throughout its entire length. In this regard, the role of seaports located along the Arctic coast is significantly increasing. The seaport of Arkhangelsk is no exception. The article discusses the opportunities opening up for the Arkhangelsk region in the field of maritime logistics. It is shown that their implementation will be facilitated by the development plan of the Northern Sea Route and the comprehensive plan for the development of the Arkhangelsk transport hub.
