37 Государственная политика в Арктике ОБ ОТДЕЛЬНЫХ ВОПРОСАХ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО НАУЧНОГО ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ В АРКТИКЕ АННОТАЦИЯ В статье представлен обзор перспектив развития международного научного сотрудничества в Арктике. В международ- ных арктических совместных научных проектах преобладают представители естественных наук, хотя наблюдается определенное развитие и социально- гуманитарной сферы. Поэтому с точки зрения восполнения кадров особо важен качественный состав исследователей-«е- стественников». Однако негативные проявления в развитии технических наук при очевидной их востребованности в Арктической зоне Российской Федера- ции (энергетика, транспорт и др.) также требуют соответствующих управленческих решений. В статье представлен анализ наиболее актуальных мер в условиях введения все новых иностранных ограни- чений в отношении России. ABSTRACT The article presents an overview of the prospects for the development of international scientific cooperation in the Arctic. Representatives of the natural sciences predominate in international Arctic joint scientific projects, although there is a certain development in the so- cial and humanitarian sphere. Therefore, from the point of view of staff replen- ishment, the qualitative composition of natural scientists is especially important. Negative manifestations in the devel- opment of technical sciences, with their obvious demand in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (energy, transport, etc.), require appropriate management decisions.
