The Dr. Ph. degree has been taken in Zoological Institute (Leningrad-Sankt-Peterburg) in 1986. Scientific specialization: ecology, fauna and taxonomy of Bivalvia, partly Gastropoda, of the Russian Arctic Seas. General subjects: clasterization, qualification of condition and maping of benthic communities; populational analysis of the mass species; appraisal of quotas for permit fisheris of the commercial important invertebrates.
